Sunny’s Cuisine & Catering – Preorder Terms and Conditions

1. Preorder Requirements:

  • All orders must be placed at least 24hrs in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.

2. Menu and Pricing:

  • Final menu selections must be confirmed at the time of preorder.

  • Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations, but you will be notified of any adjustments before your order is processed.

3. Payment and Cancellations:

  • Full payment is due prior to or upon arrival of your scheduled pickup or delivery.

  • Cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

4. Pickup and Delivery:

  • Orders can be picked up at 28th St N (extact address provided upon deposit) or delivered for an additional fee.

  • Specific pickup or delivery times will be confirmed upon order placement.

5. Food Quality and Safety:

  • We take every precaution to ensure your order is fresh and safely prepared. However, we are not responsible for food quality or safety once it has left our premises.

6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies:

  • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of your preorder. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
